The initial consultation is Free however a crucial part of gaining clarity with each other. It also allows us to see if we are both suited for further sessions. As I want you to make the right decision for you. 

The consultation will consist of finding out your current situation vs what you are about and really get an understanding of what you want to get out of coaching. It is a chance to get to know me and how I coach my clients. This will involve various techniques and tools that will provide results within our future sessions.

This will give us the chance to bond and any questions you may have, I will be happy to answer.
